speedster not starting but turning over

Hi guys rebuilt my engine on a 2001 seadoo speedster. I had the injectors cleaned and rebuilt also. Got it back together fired it up on the trailer with the hose attached and it turned over and ran fine. Put it in the water and will turn over but not start. Now I get a constant beep beep beep when I turn the key on. I put 10 gallons in and have a half tank of 50-1 mix for my break in. Thanks Ed

Well....

Lets start with a few things...

1) What engine do you have? 200 Optimax, 210, 240 EFI.

2) What EXACTLY are the beeps? Long, short, and duration. (evey half second, every minute... )
