Speedster no Neutral

I have a 98 Speedster that only has forward and reverse. I put it in neutral and the gates are all the way down.... HELP!!!

Can you post a pic of all 3 positions? Forward you should be able to see the nozzle, reverse should completely cover it but favor the bottom of the nozzle, and neutral you should just see the bottom of the nozzle looking straight in from the back. All 3 are distinctly different looking.
