Speedster 200 - what years should I stay away from buying?

Looking at purchase a speedster 200 and have not decide yet the 310 or 430 hp model or what year. I understand the early 430 need to have the washers replace on the supercharges. Are there any years for either model I should stay away from due to issues? Did any one year have a big change? I know they came out in 2004 and I believe I heard the jet nozzles had some issues?

Hey Rick -- I can't speak first-hand for the 430 super-charged, but I picked up my 2004 Speedster 200 310HP a couple years back and I love it -- N/A engines without the overhead of supercharger rebuilds every 100-200 hours. If you have the opportunity to do a test-drive of a 310 in good operating condition, give it a try yourself!
