Speedster 200 Long Beep After Engine Start

When starting the 2nd engine (port or starboard) on my 2008 Speedster 200, I get a long (2 sec) Beep after it starts. This will happen about 50% of the time. When it does happen there are no warning lights and the boat seems to run fine. It will only occur after the 2nd engine starts. If you start either engine alone it does not happen.

Any ideas? Or do I need to haul the boat back to the dealer to pull the codes (if any). I was hoping to avoid that.

It does that when it thinks it hears a cuss word!
