Speedster 200 helm gaskets rotted, need advice

I have a 2005 speedster 200 and the gaskets around the driving helms between the fiberglass has come off and rotted . I did every thing else to interior to make look good , except that I tried silicone, but I doesn’t look great . Any help would be great Thankyou.

Just did this on mine. It’s a fairly big job to get everything apart and cleaned up. The factory seal is not available or isn’t the correct number. I tried. Ended up using a black marine seal substitute but I think I’ve now identified white as well. If you are up to tackle it let me know.
