Need to replace speedometer that was physically damaged. Did find one but very expensive for a used faded gauge. Looks like 97 they changed. I can find plenty of them new for the same price. Appears to have the same size footprint. Now comes the fact that the harnesses are different. Same amount of wires that appear to even be the same colors. If I match up the wires will the newer Speedo work? My biggest fear of just trying it is frying something. Seen a cross reference for gauges a few years back but no boat listed just skis.
