Today I watched someone drive away with my 1996 HX.
After 16 years of ownership, I decided I had to face the music and sell a ski that I simply don't have time to take out.....or store properly anymore. The new owner is getting a boat that rivals the condition of many brand new watercraft.
This is very sad for me even though I know I have to move on. That boat and I have been through a lot. Many houseboat trips, outings on the San Francisco bay, and any place I could get it wet in Northern California.
The comfort I find in this terrible transition is the boat served me well and I served it well.
What cheered me up was seeing that this thread Troubleshoot Fuel Delivery Problems : low revs, bogging, surging had over 53,000 views and was flagged +1 in Google - thanks for seadooforum.com and the HX.
seadooforum.com FTW!
For those of you that still own a Seadoo : drive it like you stole it.
End of rant.
