98 Seadoo sportster 1800. Really wants to take it's time to turn over. once she is running and warmed up I have no problem restarting until next cold start. Any suggestions on techniques with the choke or any fuel additives that might help the situation? I changed plugs. Used Fresh gas. Thanks

What is/ are the motor(s).,,,.Is the battery up to snuff?,,,load tested?
Do the plugs look good?
Can you give us more info?

Rotax 85hp twin engines. I replaced the plugs. Battery recently fully charged but not load tested (I do believe the battery is about 4 yrs old so good thought there). I had the port engine replaced two yrs ago and that starts easier . I had snapped bolts in the exhaust manifold so I picked up a used one on ebay and replaced it. I did notice a bit of a gasket leak with smoke exiting the manifold so I did a shitty job with one of the gaskets.

That manifold leak needs to be attended to,,,you will fill the compartment with hot gases, and or spill water into the bilge, a 4 year old water craft battery, most likely on its way out, for sure.
