I just bought two used Sea-Doos, a 2000 GTX and a 2000 XP. I noticed both of these have alot of slack in the handle bars, not as far as actual turning.
How can I tighten these up??

Posting just to mark it as subscribed. I wanna watch and see what the answers are.

Both my XP and boat have slack, and I wonder if it is mostly normal...

If not in turning, where is the slack?
vertical to the column? (towards your chest) ?
My 2008 GTX has a bit of a 'bump/slack' maybe only a couple mm's in that regard since day one. Feels like its designed for some freedom in taking on the waves

Mine has slack from side to side. One of my coworkers has a 2001 RX and 2001 GTX and the steering on his seem to be a whole lot tighter than mine. But maybe they are suppose to be loose, I don't know.
