Servicing RAVE Valves HELP- Picture included

So I had oil spitting out of both RAVE valves on one of my engines so I decided to go under the knife and check the Bellows/clean the Valve. When I went to go re-install I noticed the top of one of the bellows was different. I removed the caps from the other engine and they both looked like the one on the right. Although, the one on the right did not have a 10mm bolt on top of it and it also looked melted.
So to recap- The one on the left is the only one that looks like that, however the one on the right did not have a 10mm bolt on top. Both rave valves on the other engine are in perfect condition and look like the one on the right in the picture below.
Where do I go from here?

But why does the right one look different then the left one? Yes the Valves look similar to those pictures, I cleaned them pretty well however. I think they need to be replaced though because the 2 slots in them are not very straight, they have some warp to them. The bellows do not look ripped or leaking, but there was oil spitting out of the RAVE valves and a very strong gas smell.
