With all the bad service tales on the forum and the high prices for sometimes useless work - I would like to get a set of tools to do most of the work on my 1996 GSXs myself.
What is required to read the error codes and reset them on the module?

Codes.....?

A lot of the codes or faults can be read right from the ski. But the only tool Seadoo keeps from us, in doing ALL our own work is the MPEM programmer. You'll have to have a license to order one of those. I"ve seen them on ebay for as little as $1000 or just over $2100..........but I'd be skeptical of buying one, since you have to have a password to use it. I'd be afraid that it was stolen or the password missing..........so, I don't have one.

But a ski your age, you shouldn't really need it.........:cheers:
