serial number

I just purchase a 1998 gtx seadoo and can't locate the serial number. I have a cd however, I need to get the number to the insurance agent pronto and am having trouble getting the information off of the disc.

Can someone tell me where to look for the serial number on the boat?

The HULL id is located on the rear on the Starboard side(right). It isn't just for the insurance company ...but if you get pulled over on the water you could get your seadoo impounded if the Hull Number is missing... It's required by law. Proves it isn't stolen.
