Seat Problem/cushions pulling away from chair

I have recently purchased a 1998 Sea-Doo Speedster and the seat backs are pulling up from the chiar back. It almost seems like the chair cushion backs have shrunk. Any ideas on how to fix them-I am thinking about getting some really good 3 M glue and try to glue one seat to see what the results are?

Yeah post some pics. I am having a hard time understanding what you mean.

The seat backs actually just velcro in. The backs of them arent even covered with vinyl.

I have the same problem..Think the foam has shrunk over time. Dont really see anyway to fix it.
