Seat Cushion Snap Buttons

Some of my buttons have corroded to the point that when I pulled one the button came through the leather/vinyl w/e it is. I had been WD-40ing them but now it seems this button is done. Does anyone have a suggestion on a replacement for latching the seats such as velcro tape? Just curious if anyone else has encountered this.

I have a similar problem. I was told that there is a kit with material that slides over the original strap, then, there is a tool to attach a new snap. I haven't found it yet, but it is out there...

You can always buy a kit to replace them. If you have any vinyl damage, I'm sure a local upholstery shop will fix it on the cheap.

I had the same problem broken snaps. Bought the stainless snaps and punch from Amazon.
