First you need to buy the harness terminal removal tool, snap-on tt600-4 or similar. You have to de-pin each plug then pull the wires up out of the hull to remove the hood. Then remove the square panel on the underside of the hood and unplug the gauges from the harness. Then unscrew the large plastic nuts on the backside of the gauges to remove them.

Don't forget to drill the rivets out that hold the hood to the hull.
