SeaDoo Trailer winterization, tires?

Hi there,
I am storing my SeaDoo in the garage for its first winter..I was wondering if anyone could confer if it is required to "lift" the trailer in order to prevent the tires from developing "flat" spots. The manual mentioned if its to be stored/not move for more than one month, its required to do so.
Would moving the trailer a few inches periodically in order to rotate the tires, be enough to help?

Or is getting flat spots such a rare occurrence, nobody bothers with this?

Thoughts? Thanks!

Flat spots?....

It sounds like you know all about the reason flat spots occur on our trailers. If you move it a quarter turn (mark the tires) at least once a month, then you shouldn't need to elevate the tires. I find it easier to block the ski up since it's so easy, requires no jacking, just some blocks. I also let some of the air out to prevent dry rotting..........

ok, thanks for the reply.
I don't have the luxury of blocking-up the ski, because it's being stored at someone else's garage, and in case of the need to get around it, they may need to move it. I'll mark the tires and drop by at least once a month to check on the tires.
Thanks.

i keep my boat in my parent garage and my dads Corvette and we never block the wheels off the ground and rotate them. boat ive never noticed flat spots but the vett i do the first time out but ounce the tires warm up they smooth right out and the tires are only the 2nd set the car has ever seen and only put 2000km on it in 15 years so it sits alot and we never have had any problems.

OK, Good to know. I will perform the rotation simply because its simple to do and I'll visit my baby often enough until the weather warms up again :-(

bumpy ride....

Joel is right....there will be some bumping for a bit, but when the rubber warms up a bit, they will smooth out.......

wow, that looks awesome! Where is that? Longpoint?
On Couch, there's a beachy area inside the bay of Big Chief Island, and its jammed with mostly large boats on the long weekends. Music blasting, lots of drinking (but of course no boating ;-), about 250 boats.
Tiny version of what Pottahawk looks like...
Where is it, and is there difficulty joining in / launching? I caught a YouTube video and noticed the Police have SeaDoo boats.. ha.
