Hi everyone, Just joined today so thought id drop a post in here to say hi to all the 2 stroke boat owners and no doubt ill be here quite a bit as iv'e just put a deposit on a 2002 sportster LT with twin 720/717 engines :)
Im having the boat next saturday but one of the engines is a non runner which ill be sorting myself so ' hoping it'll be fairly straight forward otherwise ill be on here on my hands and knees begging you gurus for help :)

Just one question at the moment if anyone can help id be great full. Im based in the uk where theres a shortage of parts and dealers hence the bits are very expensive. Does anyone know and good sites online in the states where I can get parts delivered to the uk?

Thanks all

Rich

Ebay is your friend for parts, that's where I have sourced most of my parts... Don't want to use stealers services, and I bet they ain't interested in old crafts and especially boats at least here where I live. 720 is good and simple engine that will last long when properly taken care of :)
