Seadoo SPI 96 revs high, low, high, low... after 20 min of use

Hi,
I have 2 Seadoo SPI 96. They worked great until this year. I have been using Seafoam to winterize, top up the oil, seafoam in gas with fuel from time to time...
But I have had this issue with both of my seadoos this year.
I start them up, they hesitate a bit because of the cold start.
The seadoos work at full gas and revs fine for a short while.
They work a bit and then while I'm at full gas they start revving low, high, low, high, low, high...
I throttle down and notice that it still does it but the cycle between low and high is slower.

I suspect that this has to do with my older fuel lines and carburator.
Now, before I order 2 carburator rebuild kits, new fuel lines, fuel selector, filter... can anyone confirm if this is what is needed so that they work fine once again?

Thanks, any help is appreciated.

SeaFoam isn't going to fix anything, you need to service the fuel system and carbs. You are better off with Marine StaBil fuel stabilizer for storage.
Follow the carb rebuild thread.
