Seadoo RX 2001 DI engine help

I own a seadoo rx 2001 di and it wont rev up to max rpm but it will idle just fine its acts as if the beginner Key is in it I took to it the seadoo dealer and they looked at it for $100 but diidn't know what was wrong with it any ideas or suggestions thanks

Clark, you should add you seadoo to you avatar so we will have the information for future problems. Look at mine for an example. As far as the problem, It could be the fuel pressure of the fuel rail, or the compressor might have a problem. The dealer should be able to check it to be sure it has the proper pressure. If the dealer charged you $100.00 for nothing, I'd find a better dealer. If you need a certified dealer go to" www.seadoo.com " and click on dealer locater in the top left hand side.
