I uncovered my seadoo after a long winter the other day, and the crack in my 1997 gtx seat has worsen to the point where i cannot bear it anymore.
I stripped the seats and removed all the staples, went to the fabric store and purchased marine grade vinyl. 3 yards cost me 30 bucks. I went with a stock green middle seat, and the small rear seat i covered black.
Seats turned out great, and ill be gettings ome picture up shortly if your interested.
Ive removed the old decals on the side of the doo and have some horrible oxidization i have to take care of on the fiberglass.
I had one question for everyone. Id like to put a nice black foam runner matt down on my seadoo. Is there anywhere you can buy this stuff bulk, and or prefabbed. And what is the best adhesive to us to attack the foam to the hull.
