I water tested the seadoo RX 951 today and was running good for about 20 mins while I putted around the dock, After I gave it some gas I noticed theres water coming outta the exhaust manifold so I pulled on the trailer right away and pulled it out still running! So I pulled the pipe off and the lower nut on the stud was sheered off! Now I dont know what to do, try dilling the stud? or buy a new one and start over?!

are you talking about the stud on the bottom side of the exhaust pipe where it hooks up to the manifold?...its not biggie, I would pull the manifold put it in a vise, and depending if there is enough stud sticking out 1 of two things either drill the center of the bolt and use an easy out or vise grips if you can grap the stud with them, either way heat up the area around the bolt then try to get it out.
