I know you must have seen this a ton of time but,
I another unhappy guy with this part bad.. Im trying not to
part out the boat, if I can find one at a good price that would be great.

Not sure what year your working on but I would look into converting to two jet ski mpem and rewire accessories. Look for hotrodssnova he did a 94 with good write up. That way if one ever failed you didn't have to try and find an expensive one or one they don't make anymore.

Unfortunately with this model you would have to hack all your wiring up to do a conversion, I would not recommend it to anyone who does not have serious experience in electrical.

No such thing as a cheap replacement for that boat in peak season. I do have one available and I guarantee everything we sell.

What's wrong with the old one?

Is it blowing fuses and if so can it not be repaired by replacing the diode?

There are MANY other issues with MPEMs other than the Diode issue. Esp in the twin engine jetboat MPEMS.

Mine broke last winter. I was lucky to find one with a 2015 date for 1600 canadian. I hope this one will last another 15 years!
