I was wondering what your opinions were between the two different types of lifts i was looking at

or

But you should know that we have a dock right off the ski/speed zone and the waters arnt exactly calm. But it will be driven every weekend and on some week days and we dont want a major hassle to get the ski on and of the lift. We also want my mom and younger brother to be able to do it easily as well.
Any and all opinions will be apreciated greatly
Thanks

I've kept my Seadoo on a JetDock similar to your first option year-round for the last eight years.

I've done zero maintenance on the JetDock except for cleaning it and it has been a perfect solution for me. Everyone in my family - aged from 20 to 60 - have been able to launch and land my 2001 GTX DI with no difficulty. It keeps the hull out of the water, has enough room to walk around the sides and bow to easily clean and cover the ski as well as do minor maintenance. To be sure, the conditions I have are about perfect: the Jetdock is tied up inside a covered boat slip, deep in a marina cove on a freshwater lake in Texas, so there is little wave action and little sun exposure.

I have noticed this - in my marina the PWCs that are stowed on a JetDock or similar floating dock are actually used much more than those that are kept on a lift such as your second option.
