Seadoo Islandia cabinet-drawer slides
So a few weeks ago I was having fun with the Islandia and long story short the top drawer of the wet bar came crashing out and bent the slides to the point they needed to be replaced. Seadoo wants $255 for each slide. http://www.goseadooparts.com/oemparts/p/sea_doo/204070613/drawer-slides-short Over $500 to replace just the cabinet slides. After looking for who knows how long on the internet for a suitable replacement, I found the exact replacement. ESR-13-12. ESR-13 is the model number and 12 is the length. I can only guess that the lower cabinet uses the same model just a different length. Replacement was kind of a pain of the ass but doable. What I did was remove the lower ice chest door, I left the drawer attached. Remove all the screws that held the cabinet insert. Next was to climb into the ski locker with a flashlight and wire cutters. Look under the cabinet insert and you will see a bracket holding the cabinet insert up. In the middle of the bracket there will be two rivets that will need to be cut. Now you can slide the cabinet insert out and remove the cabinet slides. Instillation is reverse. Use an allen dome screw to replace the rivets and use silicone on the cabinet insert before installing all the screws. Amazon sells the slides for $60 for both. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005ESJQMG/ref=biss_dp_t_buying_options
The pic is the bracket holding the insert.
