seadoo gtx rfi pump oil and wearing

i have fitted a new wearing but the wearing is loose in the pump i can turn it in the pump and when the ski is started on tick over the impeller vibrates badly, could this be the problem if so can i silicone the wearing in.
also when i put the cone back on do i fill the cone up with oil as much as i can get in.

can anybody tell me the difference between direct injection and rotax fuel injection.

please include your ski model year in your avatar. Did you get the correct wear ring because it sounds to small for your pump to me, because you will have to put that wear ring in the freezer just to get it to squeeze and stillrequire light tapping to get it to fit all the way in, in will not just slide in and be loose like that. The pump cone oil, make sure you use the correct syn seadoo pump oil in it, take the allen out and fill it all the way up with oil in the cone and tilt the front of your ski down to fill the pump with oil, walk away and come back and air will have purged, so add more oil, walk away again come back and fill again, repeat this process untill it will not accept any more oil in the cone.
