seadoo gtx rfi impeller viabrating

hi guys
so far every question i have posted i have had a very usefull reply, any way
i have a seadoo gtx rfi 2002 and when i start the ski on the trailer with the hose, it ticks over at idle ok and the impeller rattles like seadoo`s do but when i rev about quarter throttle i get this really bad vibrating noise from the impeller it sounds like water hammer when i rev half to full throttle the noise goes and comes back on lower revs ,i have fitted new drive shaft new impeller new wearing just done oil change on pump still noisey.
any ideas anybody.

This may be a question that has already been answered, but does it only vibrate, rattle on the trailer and not in the water? And are you 100% sure it is coming from the pump?

dont think it does rattle in the water, just when i am flushing it on the trailer,
could the impeller be hitting the wearing.????????????

if it does not have a vibration in the water I would not worry about it, but yes check your wear ring for any grooves in it and replace if grooved.

yes it could but just look in there and see the gap, and if the wear ring is chewed up.
