seadoo gtx rfi impeller noisy

i have a seadoo gtx rfi 2002 i have just put a new drive shaft on and brought a second hand impeller great condition and when i run it on the trailer to flush it the noise sounds like the impeller is rattling around and viabrates is there any diagrams anyone knows of so i can see the cone with the spring and plastic piece which pushes against the drive shaft assembly.

This is a question that keeps coming up, over and over again.

This is normal for the Seadoo's. They make and sell a spring you can put in your nose cone, but it doesn't last long before it's vibrating again.

There is no thrust on the bearings when it's out of the water. Mine has done it for 2 years and it's fine.:cheers:

check the drive shaft where it goes into the impeller. it should have a cone shaped rubber piece that kinda locks into the impeller.I know because it happened to me. it's the impeller boot.
