Seadoo Gtx 215 p1502 fault code

Hi guys still having some issues after replacing a bad loom on my 2006 215 Gtx I'm still getting the p1502 fault code which is the tops sensor I replaced that but still the same ski will only Rev to 5500 than miss fires. Is there more than one tops sensor on the ski or anything else that would cause it to keep popping up? Any help would be great now had a hole summer with no ski! Also someone told me on one part of the engine there two plugs that can easily be pluged in the wrong way around?? Any input would be great.
