Seadoo gtx 1996 need help

Hello, I'd like to ask for your help and advice, to you who know better than me, to summarize the situation:

I don't really know anything about mechanics and even less about jetski

I bought a 1996 seadoo gtx 135 jet ski at auction On the advert engine not blocked to be restarted

Right away I looked at the battery, it has juice, it comes out 11. 6v but I think she may not have enough to get it started.

When I turn on the ignition I hear the beep beep But when I press the start button nothing no noise nothing I want to revive this vintage jet ski which is just begging for it.

What are the steps I need to check, in order and if you have any advice to give me I'm interested.

Thank you in advance.

DO NOT try to jump start
Remove battery, charge and test
Remove the spark plugs and see if you can turn the engine over by hand

To keep you informed of the progress of the work, thank you for your messages, we do have the key that detects with the two beeps, we have dismantled the handlebars, because I think there was a false contact because now when I press the start button, I hear a trigger at the cdi box.

We also changed the spark plug fuses, and tried to test each cable etc. to see if you were receiving power or not. And so we found that it's because of the starter relay that the jet ski won't start. So I ordered it and I'll be installing it within the week.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is the problem.

Hopefully you ordered an OEM solenoid, if not it is a crap shoot on whether it is good or not. So don't rule out a bad NEW solenoid, test it and also verify your battery is good by load testing it, if you haven't already.
