SeaDoo doesn't accelerate or go over 3K RPMs in water

My Seadoo was working totally fine then next time I took it to the lake, it was struggling to idle at first then it was idling fine but wouldn't accelerate even if I pushed the throttle all the way. It wouldn't go past 3K RPMs in the water, but it does outside of the water.

Why can I not accelerate or get any speed in the water like I used to? I would really appreciate it if y'all can help me diagnose it by telling me what to check or look for.

Spark plugs look clean and oil level is good.
Exact Specs: 2011 Sea doo RX IS260 - Rotax 4-TEC. Single Over Head Camshaft (SOHC), 3 cylinders, 1494 CC, Supercharged.

Thanks in advance!

Spark plugs can look fantastic, and still fire off correctly . Hows the fuel , how long since the last time it was running good at the lake, a week, month , couple years? Good thing is, you only need Compression, spark, and fuel for an engine to run. It's one of those for sure.

The fuel was sitting for about a month at most and since it last ran just fine. I thought it might be the fuel at first, so I added very little fuel injector cleaner in there (B12) that I has with me at the lake and mixed it as best as I could, given that I had a full tank and very little of that (a couple of ounces). It didn't seem to do anything at that point. Could adding more (now that it's at my house) and mixing it help? And can fuel go bad within a month, although I added about 1/2 tank of new fuel before taking it to the lake?

Thanks in advance!

Fuel sounds fine, maybe you have a bad plug, change them all, don't mess swapping them around , and such. Last time I had a bad plug I couldn't get over 3k rpm, only two cylinders were firing. The plugs all look the same though, so don't go by that.

Got it! So are you suggesting to replace all 4 spark plugs, then take it to the lake to test it or should I check/try anything else before then? The lake is almost an hour away from me, so I'd like to do whatever I can before going out there again to test it. Thanks!

Which motor is in your Seadoo?
