You can hook the hose to the port on the left to flush the engine. Hook the hose up, start the engine, turn the hose on, flush engine for 30 seconds or so, turn the hose off, turn the engine off. The one on the right should come from the bilge pump. The motor should not stop until you stop it. If it stalls you need to turn the hose off immediately, if you let the hose run you can back fill the exhaust.

In the schema it's say that the one on right should have a cap on it, should it be there all time? When i try to flush after 20 seconds the motor stalled i stopped imidiatly the hose, is it possible because the cap easn't in place on the right thats the reason the motor stalled?

The diagram shows 2 flush ports. One is probably under the hatch when you open it up, that one has a cap. The one on the back should remain open for water to exit while running. If you flush from the top port you would need to block the one on the back to force the water into the engine. But by no means should the engine stop while flushing, if it does you have problems. The boat should idle at roughly 3000 RPM and shouldn't stall.

The white one on the right side comes from your bilge pump as shown in the diagram. And the big one with the scupper flap is the deck drain so when it rains the water drains out of the deck of the boat.
