SeaDoo Apres Boating wear, Custom Vinyl

So I had to share these photos of the new sweatshirt my wife customized for me. I mentioned she had a nack for custom vinyl, and this is what she made.

Of course it has a couple Team SeaDoo logos, and my nickname, but our psuedo-sponsors as well. Alpine Marine and Kicker Audio. To be honest, Michelob Golden Draft should sponsor our boat!! HA! Although, a sponsor is not defined by how much you spend on their gear!!

your wife does some great work!! ... when ya wanna start some hoodies for the forum ill take a large lol

Honestly, I love the colors of the base sweatshirt, as it matches our boat perfectly. Seriously, Dr Honda, and my wife have proven that your mind is the only limitation to what can be done with vinyl.

She has done enough custom clothing now that she gets bulk discounts at the sportswear distributors. And she only does it as a hobby! The girls on my daughters volleyball team have the coolest clothes, that's for sure! (parents do too, custom shirts and folding chairs)

shirts that are not silk screened, have heat transfer vinyl logos and wording cut and applied to the garment. So when you see very intricate logos, with multiple colors, many times they are not silk screened. The shirt is very normal, the logos are all cut out of a very flexible, almost fabric-like heat-transfer vinyl.

Then it is pressed onto the shirt, sweatshirt, can coozy, lawn chair etc. These are cut with a glorified printer/plotter with a knife in place of a printing mechanism. So whatever you can imagine, it can be cut. Things with multiple colors, are just layered before applied.

She does heat transfer on clothing and flexible items that will be machine washed. She has indoor adhesive backed vinyl for day to day items and outdoor adhesive backed vinyl for things that get wet or are used outdoors.

She also does heat transfer rhinestones, but cuts the rhinestone patterns to help place them on the item. It's like bejewling things on steroids.

Examples of her work are on her blog. It's not very current, but you get the idea.
