My Seadoo has been a Blast to ride since I bought it a Month ago and has been running Great till yesterday at the end of the day we were heading back to the launch ramp (1st time to this ramp) and hit a shallow spot, I quickly turned around and throttled out of there and this must have been my mistake because now it revs up but the seadoo won't move......it moves at no wake speed but when you give more throttle it just revs up and don't go any faster.....like a clutch slipping on a car.......

Cruised at no wake speed then shut it off to go get the truck. When I came back it throttled up on the trailer fine like it maybe ok now......I should have checked it better but our ramp was crowded and had to get it right out of the water........

any ideas what I might have screwed up.....or maybe just a rock was stuck in there and dislodged when I shut it off

Yes, it sounds like it got something lodged in the jet pump. Give it a look and see how it looks. If it did damage something it wouldn't repair itself. I wouldn't fret it to much, as it sound like it could have been a stick or something that just un lodged. Give it another try and let us know how it works out. Keep us posted.

Thanks Karl.....I just looked in thru the grate and the impeller looks fine couple of very small nicks on the straight part if the fins but the leading edges look fine.......took a look thru the back too and looks ok as well.

I will take it out after work this week and check it further......Thanks ,will let you know how it goes.........Maybe I got Lucky on this one......
