I have a 2005 SeaDoo 3D which keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse which connects the battery to the voltage regulator. The fuse blows immediately when I put it in the fuse holder and it doesn't matter whether the ski is on or running.I have isolated it to the voltage regulator or the ground, as it blows even when the three yellow wires which run to the magneto are removed ( so it couldn't be a ground in the magneto). it does not blow if the black ground wire from the voltage regulator is disconnected, but blows immediately when the black ground wire is connected.Wondering if it is likely a bad voltage regulator versus a ground somewhere in the ground wire which leads from the voltage regulator to ground. Any thoughts?
