Seadoo 1999 XP Limited 2 Stroke Oil

Hi there,

I need some new oil for my 1999 XP Limited and I'm not sure what to you now as the XPS stuff is either dare or hard to find around me.

Am I ok on using Motul 2 Stroke Power Jet Oil 25W40

Use the recommended XPS full synthetic or racing. I won't recommend anything else, as that has additives to make sure it burns right. If it's hard to find, have your marine shop special order it or get it on Amazon.

I know people who have used the quicksilver PWC 2 stroke oil without issue, but the exact additives and formulation is unknown.

What you linked says it's for 4 stroke PWCs and later says it's for 2 strokes. I wouldn't use it.

I agree with @Lothsahn. Also that oil is not API-TC rated which is what seadoo requires.

I use the Quicksilver full synthetic PWC oil. It actually exceeds the API-TC as it is JASO rated.
