After shop winterizing and then starting up again this last weekend, am getting the "Engine Check POS46" warning on the instrument panel. There is plenty of oil, no temperature or oil indicators. Everything seems to run normally, but I do not understand the warning. Is it serious so that I need to stop operation and get serviced immediately? Is there an obvious problem and fix? Is there an easy way to look up these codes?

Appreciate your assistance.

Bob

Clean the crank position sensor, its picked up ferrous particles.

Thanks for the info, now I am not so worried. Looks like it is not an emergency, so will be able to use boat this weekend, and then clean the sensor during the week.

Appreciatively,

Bob
