new battery new spark plugs.. Just ticks from starter relay wont even try and turn over .. any clues?????

Ok hate to sound like a punk , but whats the steps on jumping it? i understand that theres the positive wire from the battery that is connected into the starter relay and then another red wire next to it.. but whats the steps with a screwdriver , gauge wire, and pliers? HOW-TO?

Use whatever and touch those two post. It bypasses the solenoid, if starter kicks, than more likely, solenoid bad...PUNK...j/k

Well I tryed it.. And this is what i recieved... A bunch of fireworks and melting bolts... Another words it just kept sparking and heated up the 2 bolts and started to melt ... Now what could my next step be????

I tryed it and all it did was spark and melt the bolts a little.. just kept sparking still not turn over

Alright....take plugs out, then remove the shield from back of motor to expose the PTO, turn that counterclockwise, should turn freely, but you mentioned sparks, or didn't turn, think'n starter bad, or motors locked.
You should've just touch the 2 post quickly, if nuth'n, then reposted your finding, you'll need new solenoid, but try what mentioned and repost, stud
