Where can I order parts for this trailer. I have tried to search and this one part doesn’t seem to show up

I am concerned in the condition of my trailer springs and shackles as well as they are rusted bad like yours. I don't have a Crack like that but it is only a matter of time.

I can guess caravan doesn't make the running gear and if you check places that carry trailer parts, you will find exactly what you need as the suspension is common in pretty much any trailer.

I know here in Canada we have Princess Auto, which carries full axle and spring sets that match my single axle trailer.

Curious what response and pricing you get from caravan directly.

Thank you! I have sent the email. I was going to weld it but the other side was already welded and hopefully i can just order it and keep it simple. It’s boating season here and that would keep it simple while the boat is on the dock!

Using a PC and not a smartphone, visit the Karavan website and click the “portal” link at the bottom. https://www.karavantrailers.com

It will ask you to log in, but you just need to refresh your browser and that prompt will go away. Using your trailer’s VIN, you can look up the complete bill of materials for your trailer and be able to use these part numbers to order the exact replacement parts you need.

Once I got in, I downloaded all the PDF drawings so I don’t have to deal with that log in process in the future.
