I have to check to see if I have a twisted crank or sheared key on my flywheel any tips , I know mag side you check tdc but how do you check for twisted crank ? thanks

If nothing else, measure another known good block.

TDC for the mag side and then measure the distance down to the top of the other piston.

It would have to be twisted more than a 1/4 inch or so I would think to be able to see a measurable difference.

Put a screwdriver or wooden dowel down each plug hole. Then put your hand on both screwdrivers, rotate the crank. If at any point you feel the screwdrivers move in the same direction you know the crank is twisted. That procedure is in the manual to get the precise directions.

I did not see that racerxxx but good idea , I marked the pto tdc on hole one and hole two they seem to be right on 180 degrees of each other , the book said it may need to be programed if you remove the stator or trigger I did both you think that will take care of the missing ? can it be out of time that much from that ! it was also missing a corner off the rave valve idk if that happened when it backfired or way before and was woundering if that could of got stuck back in the exhaust . I had the front two exhaust pisses off and didn't see any of it ?
