Well it was not easy but worked fine !

Yes ! We were supposed to have a tractor to lift it up but the tractor never came !
We were desesperated and decided to do it this way !

The only thing I would have done differently is, run a couple of supporting 2X4's from the arch down to the back corner of the deck. This would stop any rearward torque as the motor was lifted and moved back towards the stern.
