Well here I am again, fixing something else. Dash switches are not working... horn switch, blower switch, nav lights switch, courtesy lights switch, bilge switch. If I can remember correctly they individually started going at different times. I’m going to run an ohmmeter, continuity check and pull each switch out individually. Does anyone have any sources for new switches? Or advice from what they ran into? I’m hoping I don’t have rot inside the wires and have to replace whole sections of the harness. My gauges aren’t doing too well either. I have no Speedo right now and it appears the device on the hull was already replaced. Gas gauge ain’t working either. Sheesh.

Switches are fairly easy to test for continuity with a good volt meter (in continuity mode). If there is no continuity, then they are fairly easy to take apart and determine where the missing connection is coming from.

Now that being said, there might be something broken inside the switch and you will need to find a replacement. I’m pretty sure I recall some manufacturer made switches that fit... maybe try Great Lakes Skipper... they carry alot of marine accessories that might work.

Maybe somebody on these pages will remember who makes compatible switches?

ebay.

Maker's name should be on each switch, along with specs.
