Does anybody know where I can find a replacement part, see image below. Mine leaks from the valve when I put the ignition to on and is causing the boat not to start.

Not sure how a fuel leak HERE could cause no-start.
This is a standard Schrader valve. Like a tire valve. Looks like your valve is slightly smashed. There are tire valve tools available that may help. A good metal valve cap with internal gasket may work.

If you are looking to replace the assembly, it's only from Merc. About $450 new.

It leaks a lot. I am thinking there is not enough pressure built for the boat to start. I may be wrong, this might not be related to my no start issue. But the no start and the leak occurred at the same time.

Well I replaced the valve and leak is solved. But still no start.
When checking fuel pressure at valve, I get about 36 psi, BUT...it only stays at 36 for about 5-10 seconds and then drops to nothing. Is that normal? Or should it hold as long as ignition is on?

My vst pressure stays up while the key is at RUN. It is possible yours is a little different- in that it is on a timer. If the engine does not start, the pump shuts off. When your pressure drops does your pump stop (feel the vst)?

Now it sounds like an ignition issue. Do you have spark X6? How is the kill switch? The rubber cap is known to fail and not hold the center plunger down, which is the way to kill the engine.

@Tim75
Pump stops when the pressure drops, normally can feel a vibration if my hand is on the VST

Ignition issue: I only checked spark on on one plug and assumed I have spark (perhaps I should check all)
If the kill switch is referred to the image below, mine has indeed failed not long ago, it broke. I temporarily bypassed it with a regular toggle switch. In fact there was no spark if the switch did not complete the circuit.

When is the last time your plugs were out? Are they wet? While they are out, set kill switch to KILL. Open throttle to WOT. Crank engine for 10 seconds. Did any gas come out?

While your plugs are out--
Have you done a compression test? Should be done at WOT. Hoping for 125psi.

Has your TPS been tested and adjusted? Many threads here about it. Has your timing been checked and adjusted? Has your trigger been tested?

Have you checked your ground wires? There are several. No green connections allowed.
