Safety Switch / DESS Nut Size???

First post here, but believe me, I have received tremendous help from this forum!!

I'm in the process of rebuilding a 1996 GSX and the nut that holds the safety switch (Item #23, p/n 278 000 508) is missing. Anybody have any clue what size the threads are or where I can get one?
