Rxp with VTS troubles

Anyone have any ideas how to trouble shoot a 2005 RXP VTS?
The gage shows it at the bottom and when you try up or down on the button nothing. I checked the fuse it is ok but wondered if anyone else has had similar problems?

Sorry, never saw this post so I thought I'd bump it up for you.

Is it actually at the bottom? And it won't move at all, correct?

I think I remember hearing the VTS Switch is the most common fault in the system, but I could be mistaken. To check, a simple multimeter will do.

Terminals?

Gary, check the terminals at the VTS motor assembly and the housing unit. There is a switch that stops the worm gear travel when it reaches it's maximum and minimum allowances. Either this switch is stuck, the motor is fried or the terminals are dirty or corroded. You may have also lost the ground on it.
