Hello

So I got some problem with my seadoo rxp 215 -04, starts to vibrate at 4500 +- 100 rpm.
No problem to get to 6900 rpm/top speed

It started last year after the splines between propeller and axel got destroyed.
I have change the axel, propeller, wear ring, both back engine mounts (broken in two) in the back and the bearing in the yet house.
After that when I tested this year it started to vibrate at 4500rpm.

new spark plugs in and still same problem noticed spark plug in the back the ceramik in the middle of the spark plug was gray/brown color middle cylinder half the ceramik white and other half gray/brown and the cylinder to the front all white just like a new.
checked fuel pressure always at 4 bar at all rpms.
Checked cylinder comp and if I remember correct all went up to 10 bar
also tested with 3 fuel injectors from a working seadoo and the coils from the same and still vibrations

any help is appreciated out of ides!

Did you align your motor using the alignment tool after you changed the motor mounts?

You should be hitting at least 8000 rpms.

home made tool but should be ok
as for rpms, as long as i got it it never gone more then maybe 7050 or something like that

yes, I will take off the supercharger and see if its ok.
by the color of the sparkplug is it running lean on one cylinder possible 2 or is it normal to have one white ?
left front of the pwc, mid is mid. any ides or normal? middle one is white ish on the other side
have not pulled out supercharger yet

You don't have to remove sc yet. First take off intake hose and see if the impeller spins freely.

Plug colors vary quite a bit on the 4tecs and aren't used for diagnosing like the 2 strokes are. Generally brown is good but a little white is fairly common.

It shouldn't spin with your hand. Make sure the engine isn't turning over while spinning.

There is a anti vibration wire braid somewhere around the baffle of the exhaust which can corrode causing a exhaust leak and loss of power. Run your ski with the seat off and see if the RPMs increase.

I think there is a leak in the exhaust pipe that leads to the muffler can this be the cose that the rpms with same gas is going + - 100 rpm? will try tomorrow and run without seat

It might be why your not getting the 8000 RPM, as mentioned above. Exhaust leaks are a no no. Engines don’t like CO2 they like O2. Engine is probably running rich. Could be why your plugs are not uniform in color and it could be a exhaust vibration your feeling. Needs to be fixed unless your okay with running with the seat open.

same problem without seat also, do anyone know if I can change from the ecu from another or do I lockout the box?

You can change ECU, just use the key that belongs to the new ECU. You won't lock anything out.

still same problem with diffrent ecu, I got rpm somtimes to 7250 and a few sec later down to 7000 ish.
Do we have any more I can test ?
