Rxdi Problems

Hi All,
I have a 05 RXDI that will idle fine but bog down and die with throttle,
Have new plugs , fuel pump cleaned the raves still the same have noted that Im only getting 100 psi compresion is this too low ,,,what should I be getting and is there anything else I should be looking at,
