RXDI bad crank seal? Hesitation Full Throttle BOG

Sad chain of events. Put a ton of time fixing up a 02 rxdi just to narrow it down to a bad crank seal. Ski has no power under heavy acceleration on trailer. [Haven't water tested] Checked about everytthing injectors, fuel pressure, regulators. Im stumped but can tell by how over oiled the spark plugs are getting. Any input or things to check would be appreciated but again I may have already checked thnx

If your sparkplugs are "over oiled" it can only be the fuel system or oil injection system.
The RXDI does not have oil in the cases like the rotary valve engines. All you have is a balancer shaft that is sealed.
 
I've figured the issue out! Turns out a broken reed valve on my mag cylinder. I pulled the pto spark boot an the engine ran rough then died. Pointing to my issue being on the mag cylinder. So I dove back into the engine removing all the work I put into it. I figured it had to be something other then fuel/air pressure. Sure enough pics are there to see. If anyone has a terrible bog an throttle response. But engine idles well, then possibly check your reed cage!

Great Job !!! Glad you found it. I was going to point you in the direction of the Rave Valve Solenoid. :D I hooked the dang thing up backwards (the hoses) and had the strangest things happen. It was over oiled, pistons were spotless, everything was too clean (new engine). Good thing I had another DI in the yard. After I swapped them two hoses it was great !!! LOL I thought I had a bad oil pump that was pumping too much oil. Thankfully it didn't take more than one test ride to get it figured out. Carry on!!
 
Very nice it helps having another ski for a visual/parts. I ruled out my air injectors from pulling them out of my other gtxdi. So I assume my over oiling is from unburnt fuel/oil mixtures. I did turn my oil pump down to lower marking from it being halfway(see pics). Wondering if I should turn it back up a hair just to be on the safer side. Wondering what people's opinions are on the DI engine oil settings.
