Running rough

Had the boat out of the water, when I put boat back in water started right up then started running rough. No trouble light, ran good when I pulled it out . Just has no power. Cannot find a seadoo dealer that will look at it. Any Ideas what I should be looking for?

Change the spark plugs. Mine was running rough intermittently. It would fire right up and run great but sometimes would run rough. New set of plugs fixed her right up!!

Not sure if you have ethanol in the gas where you're at, but we definitely do here in Texas. So when I first put the boat in the water this year, the right engine was running on one cylinder. Took a full 20 minutes of running it at full throttle before the two clogged injectors got unclogged and the engine runs like a champ now.

Change plugs and use ethanol free gasoline at least 90 octane. My local Shell station sells ethanol free gas but I pay a premium of a dollar a gallon. Still can't figure why the high premium but the 4 tec engine runs like a top. Also use this gas in my 4 stroke lawn tractor and and two stroke weed wacker and don't have to replace the carburetors yearly.

I changed the plugs and all is good now thanks for your help
