My 2 cycle Rotax Engine 717cc got freeze while it was running. I open the crankcase and it look good. I lubricate and rotate the crankshaft and now is unlock but some time it stop when I'm keeping moving.

I notice one of the Connecting Rod from the piston is a littler lose. A few Question.

1) That is normal?
2) If I Repair that piston, Do I have to repair the other also?
3) What would be the cause of that problem? (I use premix PRESTON TCW-3, Ration 50:1)

Note: The other Engine it still running good.

no, my friend, that is not normal. Sounds like time for a rebuild, but difficult to tell for sure from afar. Several rebuilders mentioned on this site.

Never use outboard oil (TCW-3), use TCW formulated for PWC, a number of manufacturers are discussed on this forum. Mineral will work with your engines, 40:1, you can use mineral/synthetic blend or full-synthetic, they are just more expensive. You need to drain/clean the oil system, it is not good to mix different oils.

Good luck.
