Rotax 720cc, shaft to the rotary valve has stopped?

When i was driving suddenly one of my energine stopps. And then it would not start again. I took the carburetors away and i can se that the shaft to the rotary valve has stopped, and i cant turn the shaft whit my hansd, but the energing goes around and i cant hear somethings wrong frome the energing when i try to start it.

Does anyone know what might have happened?

You will need to split the cases to fix it right, and get out any metal shards. Examine your inner crank seals carefully.

BUT... before I try to answer your question of "Why"....


1) what kind of oil are you running?
2) did you switch to pre-mix, and remove the oil tank?
